Community Guidelines

Rules for everyone

These Guidelines apply to profiles, live streams, chat, messages, virtual gifts and every other CUTIKUT surface. They apply to viewers, creators and moderators.

CUTIKUT prohibits

• Adult sexual content and sexually explicit services
• Sexual exploitation, coercion and non-consensual intimate content
• Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate situations
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats and incitement to violence
• Illegal activity or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing
• Scams, fraud, deceptive practices and impersonation
• Gambling, wagering and games of chance involving money or value
• The sale or promotion of prohibited or regulated goods
• Spam, platform manipulation and attempts to evade enforcement
• Abuse, manipulation or unauthorized resale of the Cutikut Gifts and virtual-gift system

Report and block

Use CUTIKUT's report and block controls when you encounter harmful content or behavior. Do not use reports to harass others or manipulate community decisions.

Moderation and enforcement

Creators and appointed moderators may manage live chat, but cannot override platform rules. CUTIKUT may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts based on severity, repetition and risk. We may preserve records needed for safety, fraud review and legal obligations.

Creators and moderators

People in trusted or visible roles are expected to model these rules. Badges, creator status and moderation roles do not exempt anyone from moderation or enforcement.
