Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to CUTIKUT, a social live-streaming and creator platform.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use CUTIKUT. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not sell, share or misuse access to an account.

Community conduct

You may not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others; publish illegal, sexually exploitative or non-consensual content; promote scams, gambling or prohibited goods; manipulate transactions; evade moderation; or interfere with the service.

Lives and user content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant CUTIKUT the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display and moderate that content as part of the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for people, music and other material in your content.

Cutikut Gifts and virtual gifts

Cutikut Gifts are closed-loop virtual credits for virtual gifts and eligible premium features inside CUTIKUT. Cutikut Gifts are not cryptocurrency or money, cannot be transferred peer-to-peer, cannot be exchanged outside CUTIKUT, and purchased Cutikut Gifts cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash. Cutikut Gifts purchases are available when enabled for your account; available payment methods and prices appear in checkout.

Creator monetization

Creator earnings and payout capabilities are being developed separately from viewer Cutikut Gifts balances. Creator payout setup is not yet available, and CUTIKUT does not currently offer creators a withdrawal service or promise a cash conversion rate.

Purchases and refunds

Prices and billing terms are shown before confirmation. Cutikut Gifts purchases are one-time purchases, without a subscription or automatic renewal. Any separate subscription offer must show its recurring terms before confirmation. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Enforcement and termination

CUTIKUT may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records when needed to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, safety requirements or legal obligations.

Service availability and changes

CUTIKUT is being released in stages. Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access and may update these Terms as the service develops.
