This Policy explains how CUTIKUT handles information used to provide its social live-streaming and creator platform.

We handle account details, public profile information, content you submit, follows, blocks, live-room participation, chat activity, reports, moderation records, device and security signals, and transaction records when applicable.
We use information to authenticate accounts, display profiles and content, operate live rooms and chat, maintain platform records, prevent fraud, enforce safety rules, provide support and improve CUTIKUT.
Payments are still being enabled. When purchases become available, payment card details will be handled by the applicable payment provider and will not be stored directly by CUTIKUT. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount and limited billing details needed for support, fraud prevention and records.
We use service providers for functions such as account infrastructure, data hosting, live video, email delivery, application hosting and payment processing. They process information only as needed to perform services for CUTIKUT under their own security and privacy obligations.
Public profiles and live-room details may be visible to other people. Passwords, reports, blocks, payment records and moderation audit data are restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
Historical community records remain restricted after the feature is retired. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, protect users, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can edit your profile and use follow, block and report controls in the product. You may request access, correction or deletion of account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.
CUTIKUT is currently intended only for people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
CUTIKUT is designed for an international community, so information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may update this Policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
